Established in 1979 out of deep love and respect for the land, the restaurant tells the story of the Ancona hills and their traditions through the creativity of Chef Alessandro. Every day you will be treated to a gastronomic journey of intense flavours and local delicacies, including truffles, wild boar and Fossa cheese.


Topping off every moment with fine aromas and balance, the wine cellar celebrates the soul of the Marche region. Verdicchio and Lacrima are part of a carefully selected wine list that will satisfy everyone's tastes.
